1. The service
Cinepiso lets you turn written stories into AI-generated short films made of episodes. By creating an account or using Cinepiso you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Your account
You must provide a valid email address and keep your sign-in credentials safe. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/EEA) to use Cinepiso.
3. Credits and plans
New accounts receive 10 free credits. Generating an episode costs 10 credits. You can get more credits through a monthly subscription plan (Spark, Studio or Premiere) or one-off top-up packs. Subscription credits are granted each billing cycle; top-up credits never expire. If a render fails on our side, the credits for that episode are refunded automatically. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money.
4. Payments and cancellation
Prices are shown in euros and include any applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you keep access until then. One-off top-up packs are non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account, except where required by law.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the stories, prompts and reference photos you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to generate and store your films. Subject to these terms and the rights of any third parties in your inputs, you may use the videos you generate for personal and commercial purposes.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Cinepiso to create content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing or hateful; sexual content involving minors or non-consensual sexual content of any kind; deepfakes or misleading depictions of real people without their consent; content that infringes others' intellectual property; or attempts to bypass safety filters, reverse-engineer the service, or abuse the credit system. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, without refund.
7. AI-generated output
Videos are generated by AI and may be unpredictable, imperfect or occasionally similar to other outputs. We do not guarantee that any generation will succeed or meet your expectations; failed renders are refunded in credits as described above. Reference photos and prompts are processed by AI models solely to produce your film.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Cinepiso available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features, credit costs or these terms; for significant changes we will give reasonable notice in the app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cinepiso is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
